Photos may be submitted 12:00AM EST on September 1, 2011 through 11:59PM EST on October 16, 2011. Voting period will be October 20, 2011 - October 30, 2011. A panel of judges from WKYT and our Pet Contest Sponsors will select ten finalists for viewers to vote on. Winner will be notified by email on October 31, 2011. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If WKYT-TV cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
